about the royal caribbean sailings

Questions, answered.

These cover the two Royal Caribbean spring break sailings. The Virgin and MSC sailings have their own details on their pages.

How does the group block work?

We've reserved a block of staterooms on each sailing at a locked-in group rate. Because we held space early, the rate often comes in better than what's available booking direct today. Once the block fills, group onboard credit unlocks for everyone in the block, and any remaining cabins release back to Royal Caribbean at regular pricing.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Your deposit is fully refundable up until the final payment date of January 26, 2027. After final payment, Royal Caribbean's standard cancellation policy applies. We'll walk you through the details when you book.

Can I pick my own cabin?

Yes. When you reach out, we'll discuss what matters (location on the ship, proximity to elevators, ocean view vs. balcony, connecting rooms for groups) and help you select the best stateroom in our block.

What's included in the cruise fare?

Your fare covers the stateroom, all main dining and buffet meals, pool and fitness access, entertainment and shows, and transportation between ports. Extras: specialty dining, drink packages, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, and spa are add-ons.

How do I pay the deposit?

Once you fill out the form below, we'll confirm your sailing preference and cabin type, then send a secure payment link for the deposit ($200 for the 4-night, $500 for the 7-night). Payment plans via Uplift also available.

Out-of-state traveler. Should I arrive early?

Always. Arrive at least one night before. Flight delays are the #1 reason people miss their ship. For Port Canaveral, Orlando has plenty of affordable hotels. For Miami, options are endless. We can help with pre-cruise hotels.

Why use a travel advisor vs booking direct?

Same pricing (often better through our group block), plus service Royal Caribbean doesn't offer. Cabin strategy, payment reminders, price monitoring with re-booking if rates drop, group coordination. Free to you.
