Delete your account.
Request permanent deletion of your Travel by Trinidad account and all associated data.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including trips, Time Capsule photos, documents, crew connections, and saved preferences.
Method 1 · Delete from the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Travel by Trinidad app:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Scroll down to find Delete Account
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Available on both iOS and Android versions of the app.
Method 2 · Request by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.
Send an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All trips, itineraries, and trip-related content
- Time Capsule photos and memories
- Uploaded documents
- Crew connections and collaborator data
- Saved preferences, loyalty numbers, profile photo
What we retain
We may retain limited data as required by law (e.g. tax records, fraud prevention logs). These records contain only the minimum data required and are not used for any commercial purpose.
